The Ploppy32 System exploits the uneven balance between red and black numbers in the top and middle columns of the roulette layout. The top column has eight red numbers and four black numbers, while the middle column has eight black numbers and four red numbers. By placing a three-unit bet on black and a two-unit bet on the top column, the system covers all black numbers and the red numbers in the top column, increasing the chances of winning due to this imbalance.

No maths can beat the roulette table. End of it.

It starts to get more interesting when you look at the number of even and odds in each group with respect to color.  For instance their is only 2 black odd  out of 8 black in the bottom row and 4 red odd out of 6 red colors.

Don’t forget to bet on zero and double zero every spin. They added those numbers just to slightly favor the casino and it’s surprising how often they hit.

What about the the "00" that adds a 38th possibility that also skirts the red or black bets? Never seen a wheel without it.
