Years ago my wife and when to a casino for the weekend ,we couldn't check in to our room for an hour or more, so we played some slots. I hit 150 cashed out put in her purse then she hit 500 put in her purse then another 500. We had 1200 dollars before we got to our room.

I was in the UK the last couple weeks and every win on a slot machine goes into a “bank” and you can see how much you are actually winning instead of it just going back into your credits. Made a HUGE difference seeing it as true, visible winnings!

I have won big time on slot machines! I have lost big time on a slot machine, too! It's called gambling.  Heading to Pearl River Resorts in Choctaw, Mississippi, next Friday the 31st and coming home so hubs can play golf tournament on 4th then back to Mississippi on 7th through the 9th!  We're stoked! 16:45 Number 1 is a good tip. Gamble smart can't be stressed enough. I only play keno but your advice covers all gambling machines. I also feel the random number generator knows how many credits are on the machine. At least on keno games.

I have twice seen folks hit the Grand ($15,000 in these two cases) on different cruise ships, both were 88 cent  denominations and minimum bets.  Of course these were both very lucky instances.
