If you’re here because of a comment I’ve made about the war in Ukraine, here’s by general view
The fact that we’re not helping Ukraine with military forces just makes me sick to my stomach.
All of the western world have decide to stand by and watch these horrors being carried out by the Russians where they inflict so much pain and suffering to the Ukrainian people and causing damage that will take generations to heal.
The official reason is the fear of escalation which to me is both wrong morally (never negotiate with terrorists) as well as it being an error considering who the opponent is, ie they will never give in, so basically we’re going to end up confronting Russia military anyway, which means we’re throwing the Ukrainians under the bus meanwhile hoping for the miracle that will never arrive. When we look back at this in a few years it's going to be with shame for all the things we didn't do.
