About:	The desert regions of California with the now environmental patterns of atmospheric rivers and deluges coming from the Pacific Ocean in Autumn and Winter will continue to deluge the state, and change it in the path of the storms, filling acquifers that have not collapsed, and desert sinks and dry lakes. Water has come to the West and will continue so to do, says Science. It will change the population sensity in the sparsely settled deserts, and bring more population, and that will change the politics. What does that suggest for the 2024 General Election?
